Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.

Use of Website

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, formulations, products, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Sheila Marie Campbell, DACM, L.Ac. and/or The Queen’s Chamber LLC d/b/a NüCHI, protected by United States and international copyright law.

This protection expressly includes, but is not limited to, the following copyrighted programs and materials:

Break Up in a Box; Break Up in a Box Chakra Series; Sexual Healing; Scientific Sexual Healing; Sacred Sexuality Science; Mastering the Menses; Mystic Study; Technology of Egypt; Cleansing Ritual; Cord Cutting Rituals; and COVID Aftercare and Recovery.

All writings, recordings, rituals, and course structures created by Dr. Campbell are protected works of authorship under U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. §§101 et seq.).

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise exploit any material or framework without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and breach of these Terms.

Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Trade-Secret Agreement

Binding Agreement Upon Purchase

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program offered by NüCHI or The Queen’s Chamber LLC, including the programs listed above, you automatically enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Agreement of Confidentiality.

You acknowledge that:
• You are licensing these materials for personal healing and educational use only.
• You do not own the materials, teachings, or healings.
• You may not reproduce, teach, share, or redistribute any portion of these materials in any format, including verbal instruction, digital posting, or publication, without written permission from Dr. Sheila Marie Campbell, DACM, L.Ac.

Definition of Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means all proprietary materials, writings, teachings, formulations, rituals, trade secrets, audio/video content, manuals, and intellectual property disclosed by Dr. Sheila Marie Campbell, NüCHI, or The Queen’s Chamber LLC, whether delivered online, by download, or in person.

Trade Secrets

Certain aspects of NüCHI and The Queen’s Chamber’s work—including healing systems, energetic frameworks, formulas, and course architecture—constitute trade secrets under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. §1836) and applicable state law.
These trade secrets derive independent economic value from not being generally known and are protected by strict confidentiality.
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or disclose these trade secrets is prohibited and subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Obligation of Confidentiality

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and to safeguard all proprietary materials from disclosure or misuse. You shall not reproduce, publish, or distribute any content obtained through NüCHI or The Queen’s Chamber LLC without prior written authorization.

Non-Disclosure

You shall not disclose proprietary or confidential content to any third party through teaching, sharing, posting, or derivative work, whether in person or via digital or social-media channels.

Ownership of Materials

All materials, programs, and trade secrets remain the exclusive property of Dr. Sheila Marie Campbell and The Queen’s Chamber LLC d/b/a NüCHI. Your purchase grants only a limited, personal-use license. Any other use constitutes copyright infringement and trade-secret misappropriation.

Duration

Your duty to maintain confidentiality and protect trade secrets continues indefinitely and survives termination of your access to any NüCHI product or service.

Breach and Remedies

Any unauthorized use or disclosure is a material breach. NüCHI and The Queen’s Chamber LLC may pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief, compensatory and punitive damages, and recovery of attorney’s fees and costs.

Third-Party Confidentiality

Disclosure to trusted service providers assisting in site operation or service delivery is permitted only if such parties are bound by confidentiality obligations equal in scope to these Terms.

Products and Services

All products and services are offered exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales, refuse orders, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. All descriptions and prices are subject to change. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that colors, dimensions, or other features will exactly match on-screen appearance.

Accuracy and Completeness of Information

Information on this site may include errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct, update, or modify content at any time without notice. We make no representation or warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
